Raw Critters will establish specific contracting conditions for each of the services or products offered. These particular conditions will be available to the user on the same page in which the purchase or contract is accessed.
It is our commitment to satisfy the customer, so we will do everything possible to meet your expectations. However, if we do not comply with the agreement, we will refund the amount paid within 30 days.
To request a refund, the user will have to contact the website administrator (if you have contracted a service through its pages) or if it was done through that subdomain. The costs derived from the return transactions will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed.
